juniorDeveloper.careers: Solving the digital skills gap one entry-level job at a time

Hey, all. As a former bootcamp grad turned senior software engineer I know the troubles facing those looking to try and break into the industry. The only true way to solve the digital skills gap and increase DEI representation is at the junior/entry-level. By opening the barriers to entry to more than those who hold a degree we combat the issue and change the lives of some of the most eager and passionate people. We currently work with UK bootcamps, career changers, self-taught dev, return to workers, and more. The next step in the process is reaching out to companies and getting them to use the board as their main source of recruitment for entry-level diverse hires. We currently only serve the UK market.
