JoyShare CloudNote comprises two main systems: online documents and cloud knowledge base. Online Documents The platform offers two document editors: a rich text editor and a Markdown editor, supported by a powerful document management system to help users manage their documents. JoyShare CloudNote also develops various SaaS services to enhance document presentation, such as panorama display components and 3D model display components. Cloud Knowledge Base The cloud knowledge base consists of two systems: channel knowledge base and community knowledge base.
