Hi everyone!
I'm Artan, the solo developer behind JoinPlanner.
The idea came from a simple frustration: planning with friends, family, or even small teams often means switching between messaging apps, calendars, notes, polls, and task lists. Information gets lost, plans change, and organizing even a simple event becomes more complicated than it should be.
I wanted to build a place where everything related to planning lives together—shared calendars, events, tasks, polls, goals, and more—in a clean and easy-to-use experience.
JoinPlanner is available on both the web and Android, so everyone can stay connected no matter which device they use.
This is still just the beginning. I'm continuously improving the app based on real user feedback, and I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts. What features would you like to see? What would make JoinPlanner part of your daily routine?
Thank you so much for checking it out and for supporting an independent developer!

How does this work if some of my group members already use Google Calendar and others swear by Apple Reminders, will everything actually stay in sync across those platforms or do we all have to live inside JoinPlanner?

@salihadwtk Thanks for the question! 😊 At the moment, JoinPlanner works as its own shared planning platform, so everyone uses the app to stay in sync. Cross-platform integrations with services like Google Calendar are something I'd love to add in the future, and it's definitely on the roadmap. Thanks for the suggestion!

Finally gave it a spin with my roommates and having the shared grocery list right next to the calendar actually made planning dinners way less chaotic. Wish the mobile app loaded a bit faster, but the layout is genuinely clean.

The shared grocery list syncing between my partner and me was instant, and I liked that tasks tie right into the calendar view without extra clicks.

@bavcichali87886 Thanks for trying it with your partner! Real-time collaboration and zero-click planning into the calendar is a big focus for us — more improvements coming soon.
