hey guys, I am the founder of JobXRecruiter.com - an AI-agent that helps HR / Recruiters to look through the CVs, analyse them and match them against the job description. We are running a jobboard JobXDubai in Dubai and most of the companies receive well over 1,000 candidates. We have noticed that recruiters cant possibly open every single Resume and review it, so a lot of top candidates get lost. So i decided to build a tool that helps Recruiters to look through all the Resumes and provide a match, saving 100s of hours. Even if you have an ATS system , a recruiter still needs to review the candidate.

@robertthomas2 hey Robert , it actually reads the whole cv, including soft skills / hard skills / experience. it shows a match, but when the user clicks more details, he will be able to see various pros / contras and why the matching was given. also the user has the ability to view the candidates cv in question and evaluate for himself.

@patriciaharris we have been testing jobxrecruiter with our jobboard jobxdubai.com for a while now and it works really great. - especially dubai vacancies receive up to 1,500 candidates and most of them are not too relevant, so the ai does all the preliminary work first , then the user can see the best matched candidates and evaluate further .

@ezshine hey, the system can handle PDFs at the moment, but I am working on adding zip , word format as well.
