Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Rahul here, founder of Jobs2Rely.
I built this after watching brilliant senior engineers and PMs spend 20+ hours a week on job applications — tailoring resumes, writing cover letters, cold messaging hiring managers — and still hearing nothing back.
So I built an AI agent that does all of it for them.
Jobs2Rely runs a 12-stage autonomous pipeline: → Discovers jobs matched to your profile across multiple boards → Scores and ranks them by fit (not just keyword match) → Creates authentic, job-specific resumes grounded in your profile
→ Surfaces missing skills, lets you provide context, rewrites your resume around it → Drafts a cover letter with the right tone for each company → Finds the hiring manager and writes a personalized outreach message
Three ways to use it:
🆓 Free Forever — Discover strong matches jobs scored by fit and see the match analysis 🔧 Copilot ($15/mo) — bring your own API keys, zero AI cost, use everything with limits as per your AI keys 🚀 Autopilot ($39/mo) — we run everything end-to-end, you use everything without any limits
If you're a VP, Director, or Head-of in a job search right now — this was built for you specifically.
Would love your honest feedback. What's the hardest part of your job search today? 👇

Senior tech job searching is broken in a way that doesn't get talked about enough.
Not the application process. Not the interviews. The bit before all of that — the hours spent every day just figuring out which roles are even worth pursuing.
I went through this myself. VP and Director-level search. The noise was overwhelming. Job boards surface dozens of "highly relevant" roles that turn out to be a poor fit once you actually read the JD. You end up doing the analysis manually — role by role — that the platform was supposed to do for you.
The core problem I kept running into: most platforms give you multiple disconnected signals. A match score. A keyword score. None of them unified. None of them actually answering the question: is this role genuinely right for me?
That's what led me to build around a single coherent fit signal — one score per role that looks at your full profile against the full role, rather than a collection of partial signals pointing in different directions.
Curious whether others in this community have hit the same wall. For those who've done a senior-level search recently:
→ What was your biggest time sink in the process? → Have you found any tools or approaches that actually cut through the noise?
Would love to compare notes — building in this space and always learning.

Been watching Rahul build this for a while now. What struck me is that he actually used it himself during his own job search before turning it into a product — that kind of dogfooding is rare. The problem is real: companies are screening with AI and candidates are still applying by hand. Rooting for this!
I was a VP engineering at Mastercard struggling to navigate the job market after a recent layoff. My main challenge was spending inordinate amount of time looking through JDs to see if there is a right match based on my resume.
Jobs2Rely made it extremely easy and frictionless to upload my resume - the auto parsing is extremely good - and use that to give me just a few top candidates which made my job much easier.
Rahul - the creator of jobs2rely - is a very focused and responsive owner. I suggested many changes to him and saw in my DMs that the next day or 2 they were implemented.

Congrats on the launch! Love that this is aimed at senior folks. Job hunting at the director/VP level is just different, smaller funnel, way more about outreach and fit than blasting applications. Having an agent actually do the outreach part is huge. Rooting for you guys.
