Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I built Job Search OS 2026 around a problem that becomes obvious once a job search grows beyond a few applications: everything starts getting scattered.
Different resume versions, achievements, cover letters, application statuses, follow-ups, interview notes, STAR stories, and AI prompts end up living in different files and tabs.
I wanted to turn that into one repeatable workflow:
vacancy → relevant evidence → tailored application → tracking → follow-up → interview preparation.
Another priority was AI. I wanted AI to help with the repetitive work without becoming a machine for inventing experience, skills, or metrics. So the system includes 14 structured AI workflows designed to work from the candidate’s actual facts.
The first version also includes an application Command Center, achievement and cover-letter builders, an editable resume, interview preparation tools, guides, and a complete fictional example showing how the pieces work together.
This is v1.0, so feedback is especially valuable. If you’re currently job searching, I’d love to know: what part of the application process creates the most repetitive work or becomes the hardest to keep organized?
Thanks for checking it out!
