Solid property management system that handles the basics well, and the local support team actually understands the Philippine hospitality market quirks. Booking flows felt intuitive enough that my front desk staff picked it up without a long onboarding.
Congrats on the launch. A suggestion from a hospitality user: would be great if you could add a built-in channel manager that syncs bookings and availability across Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda in real time. We currently juggle multiple tabs just to avoid overbookings, and having that live two-way sync inside the PMS would save us a lot of headaches.
