Hi there! I've been nerding out about user onboarding in software for the last 5 years. Jetway is a collection of processes and materials to help you build a pleasing and effective experience for first time users. Feel free to ask me anything.
Paul Shuteyev
Thanks for the course!
Roman
@paul_shuteyev Thank you. Any time, Paul.
Igor Pashinnik
Do this cover use of in-app messaging tools, like Intercom?
Roman
@igor_pashynnyk Great question. Yes! In-app messaging can be instrumental in user onboarding and there's a separate video lesson dedicated to using tools like Intercom.
Alex Clever
How does this compare to UserOnboard?
Roman
@axclever Another great question. Samuel is great, I know him personally. UserOnboard teardowns are great at dissecting existing flows in products. The problem is that it's very difficult to reverse engineer and create a great new user experience from scratch. Jetway is built exactly for that - to give you the building blocks and processes to build a user onboarding from the ground up.
Alex Petuschak

I know Roman and his products for about 3 years.

He is definitely a pro and my go-to person for any user onboarding related questions.

His online products and videos always have a great quality, proving the value of this product too :)

Pros:

Professionally built website UX and high quality videos

Cons:

None so far

Hey Roman, The quality of the introductory video is really promising ;) How long is the video course? When is it going to become available for ordering? I only see a preorder button.
Roman
@alex_petuschak Thanks Alex. Just gauging interest to see how many people are interested. The course should up before December.

User onboarding is CRUCIAL. I see so many people neglecting it, stoked for the course!
