Jetson

I created this product because when I first purchased the Amazon Echo I was very excited. I thought that I could buy anything on the Amazon marketplace (I think millions of other Americans thought the same thing). But I quickly realized that the buying experience with today’s voice assistants was very limited, providing only “single shot” recommendations back to the user. So I created Jetson. When enabled, our technology adds true commerce capabilities to these voice assistants by enabling “multi-step” conversations which allow users to explore a menu or catalog, customize products, and transact them in a very natural and unconstrained way.

I know from an extended history with speech recognition that this is by far and away the leading platform on the market.

Pros:

It's refreshing to access what you need with voice. For companies, it's a method of growing customers and improving user experience.

Cons:

There is no real alternative.
