Laying there on the couch, listening to a record on my turntable after a long day, just relaxing. A song comes on that hit me a little different, y'know? I wanted to know what it was. I had two options, either get up, grab the sleeve and figure out what track I was on, or go and get my phone and shazam it. In that moment, I wished I had a little screen next to my turntable, telling me at a glance what was playing. This triggered the beginning of a passion project, which has consumed me since late 2025.
