J.O.T APP connects strategy to execution: WBS, sprints, Kanban, Gantt, and daily reports in one system. What makes it different — an AI meeting layer built into the workflow, not bolted on. Record a meeting, get a structured summary with risks and action items, then push those items straight into your sprint as reviewed tasks. No copy-paste between a PM tool and a separate AI notetaker.
We built JOT because our team kept losing meeting decisions in the gap between the call and the project plan. Someone would record action items in a doc, and half of them never made it into the actual sprint. We started as a straightforward WBS/Kanban/Gantt tool for engineering and AEC teams, but the real shift happened when we added an AI layer that listens to meetings and turns them into structured summaries — with risks flagged and action items ready to review. The part we kept iterating on was making sure AI output doesn't just sit in a separate 'notes' app: every action item connects directly to a task, a sprint, and an owner. Would love feedback from anyone managing multi-project portfolios or coordinating field/engineering teams — especially on how you currently bridge meetings and execution today.
