I’m Tárcio, the founder of J-6|AR. I'm 17, with an ambition: to build a unicorn that helps businesses operate more efficiently through AI automation The goal is simple: reduce recruitment costs, save time, and reduce the operational workload, while keeping the final hiring decision in human hands — ideally with just the key decision-makers.
