When I first launched iTasks, it was a simple task tracker inside Telegram — built for teams that already communicate there and don’t want another app.

Today we’re launching two big updates.

First: HelpDesk channels. You can create or connect Telegram bots in one click, and they instantly become incoming support channels inside iTasks. Customer messages become conversations your team can manage, assign, discuss, and link to tasks.

Second: AI API integration. External AI assistants can now connect to your workspace and work with tasks and HelpDesk conversations — create tasks, update statuses, add comments, send replies, leave internal notes, and turn customer requests into actionable work.
