Most of the internet demands your attention. isanyonethere.life asks for nothing. It's a quiet room where strangers sit together in silence no chat, no profiles, no feeds. You enter with just a name. Stick figures walk in through a door, find a chair, and exist alongside others. The room is always open. Sometimes you just don't want to be alone.
I built this on a night when I didn't want to talk to anyone, but I didn't want to be alone either.
There's no word for that feeling. You're not sad. You're not looking for advice. You just want to be somewhere with other people without the pressure of performing, responding, or being interesting.
Every other corner of the internet wants something from you. A reaction. A reply. An opinion. isanyonethere.life wants nothing. You walk in, choose a name, and sit. Stick figures move around a quiet room. Someone else is there. Maybe a few people. Nobody speaks.
The world is loud. This is a place to just exist in it alongside strangers.
