iRollCall is free attendance tracking software for classrooms, events, meetings, churches, teams, and community groups. Organizers share a QR code or link; people check in with just their name — no app download, no account required. Free plan covers 3 active roll calls with 50 check-ins each; Pro ($12/month) unlocks unlimited roll calls, unlimited check-ins, and auto-generated recurring schedules.

Love how simple the check-in flow is, especially that no app download needed. One thing that would make it even more useful for my book club and volunteer group: a quick way to export the attendance list to CSV or Google Sheets after each roll call. Would save me a bunch of time reconciling who actually showed up.
@slah4jh Thanks Sıla! Good news, that's already built in. Every roll call has a CSV export button right on its details page (title, date, name, status, check in time, notes), so you can pull the full list after each one and drop it wherever you need: Sheets, Excel, whatever. If direct Google Sheets sync would be more useful than a CSV download for your workflow, let me know. That's a fair ask and I could see adding it down the line.
Tried it for our book club and the no-app thing is honestly so refreshing, everyone just scanned and popped in their name. Wish I'd had this back when I ran attendance for tutoring sessions.
