We built IRIS because collections teams are not losing revenue only from people who refuse to pay. A lot of revenue is lost much earlier through missed follow-ups, broken promises-to-pay, dormant accounts, and teams not having enough visibility into which accounts need action next. At first, we focused on surfacing insights. But we kept seeing the same problem: dashboards can show what happened, but they do not fix the workflow. So we evolved IRIS into an agentic AI platform that can help automate the recovery lifecycle, from overdue outreach to payment-plan negotiation, broken-promise follow-up, and dormant-account reactivation. Our goal is simple: help lenders recover more revenue without adding headcount or putting more pressure on already stretched teams.
