Hey PH 👋
I've been learning English for years, and my problem was never vocabulary — I knew the words. But when I spoke, everything came out word by word, stiff and choppy. Native speakers link words, drop sounds, turn "going to" into "gonna". No dictionary or textbook shows you that part.
I looked for IPA tools that could show this, but they all just give you the dictionary form of each word in isolation. None of them show how a sentence actually sounds when spoken naturally.
So I built IPAtranslator — it shows standard IPA and natural speech IPA side by side, so you can see exactly what changes. Would love to hear your feedback!
