In case IONI doesn't have a piece of correct information in KB it is instructed to answer the truth and and the same time using the OpenAI function query it asks the customer for a Name and Email to connect with a real agent. In this way, the customer will be able to get the needed information in any case. Moreover, the admin may see all the conversations and almost immediately Add a missing data to the database so the next query will be correct.

@daniel_barnett It's getting saturated. I'm looking forward to one hosting their own LLM. That will make for some competitive pricing. Using OpenAI at current token rates is not competitive. It would not take too much time to research how to host your own opensource clone of GPT. By hosting your own LLM and you could offer infinite usage for a flat monthly. Even have very nice freemium options to get sizeable adoption. Like crisp chat. Right now these AI services are ridiculously priced. It will be floored very soon with self hosting of LLMs.
