Invoice Tool is a free and lightweight web app for freelancers, contractors, and small businesses. Quickly create invoices, track totals, and manage multiple items. It focuses on essentials: invoice ID, dates, client and seller info, line items with quantity and rate, and automatic total calculation—perfect for developers or freelancers billing overseas clients without extra clutter.
I built this tool for myself to quickly invoice my clients overseas, but I realized it could be useful for other freelancers and small business owners too. My goal was to keep it minimal, fast, and easy to use—no unnecessary features, just what you need to create professional invoices. You can add your client info, line items like hours and rate, and download a clean PDF instantly. It’s free, simple, and designed to save time, especially if you just need a lightweight invoicing solution without clutter.
Like it.. Is the data stored in local stroage? Can I edit column fields, add or remove them?

The data is stored in a Supabase database and protected by secure RLS policies. You’ll need to sign in with Google to save and access your invoices — this allows you to view them from any device.
If there’s enough interest, I can work on letting users rename labels or add extra fields.
Out of curiosity, what kind of additional fields would you find most useful?
would be cool to have this workoffline, i feel like making invoices while on the road is a real thing for quick and easy access. I use Waveapps for my invoices, they allow column heading to be editable/removable. im also interested to know if we can make other documents too@apodacaduron
