Hello, Product Hunt!
I had two major life events in the last two years: my wedding, and then a baby shower.
And both had one thing in common: collecting RSVPs was a pain.
Invitations went out in person and through WhatsApp, but replies started coming in from everywhere: text messages, WhatsApp replies, voice notes, and even people telling us in person. I tried keeping things organised in an Excel sheet, but tracking who was coming, who wasn't, and how many people each guest was bringing quickly turned into a nightmare.
I looked online for existing tools, but most were either too complex with too many features, or too expensive. All I wanted was a simple link I could share anywhere (WhatsApp, email, text) where people could RSVP easily, and where all the responses would be automatically organised in one place. No spreadsheets, no manual tracking, no stress.
I couldn't find anything that felt simple enough, so I built Inviteful. This is the tool I wish I had for my own events.
It's intentionally minimal and focused on doing one thing well: making RSVP management effortless. You create an event, share a link, and guests can RSVP in about 30 seconds. No accounts required. They just enter their name, if they're attending or not, how many people they're bringing (including adults, children and babies), optionally add dietary restrictions, and that's it.
Your first event is free, so if you're planning something and want to give it a try, I'd love to hear what you think. This is my first solo project and it's still evolving, so I'd genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who's organised weddings, parties, or small events and felt the same pain.
