Inu helps you understand how sleep, recovery, screen habits, movement, and daily context shape how you feel. Instead of noisy scores or generic advice, it starts with a calm daily brief, then lets you dig into patterns, weekly reviews, and optional AI follow-up when you want more clarity. Private by default and designed for reflection, not diagnosis.
Hey Product Hunt, I’m Amartya, maker of Inu.
I built Inu because most wellness apps push people into one of two bad experiences: either a pile of charts with no clear takeaway, or oversimplified scores that hide the reasoning. I wanted something calmer. Something that helps you quickly see what may be shaping how you feel without turning self-tracking into more noise.
Inu brings sleep, recovery, movement, screen habits, and daily context into one readable daily brief. If something shifts, you can go deeper into patterns, weekly reviews, and optional AI follow-up based on your own data.
A big part of the product is restraint: private by default, readable instead of alarmist, and designed for reflection rather than diagnosis.
I’d love feedback on three things:
Does the daily brief feel clear at a glance?
Do the screen-habit and context signals feel useful?
Does the AI layer feel helpful without being too much?
Thanks for checking it out.
