How does it actually work in practice? Do I pick the HR professional myself or get matched, and how long is a typical mock interview session?

Right now, we are keeping it simple for users — you can browse available HR professionals and choose the one that fits your need, and in some cases we may also suggest a match based on your profile and interview goal. A typical mock interview session is usually around 15-30 minutes, depending on the round and the HR's availability.

@aleynanfyx Great question. We try to ensure HR professionals on the platform have real hiring or interview experience before they start taking sessions. Sessions are live right now, and yes, you can choose based on industry or role so the practice stays relevant.
