Hey PH 👋 I am a founder running a small but growing team. I handle all hiring myself. I tried to keep everything in a Google Sheet: questions, notes, scores, salary expectations. It turns into chaos. Then I went looking for a proper tool, but found enterprise HR suites, complex onboarding, sales calls, pricing pages that were not built for a small team that just wants to make a few good hires.
