Hey PH 👋 I am a founder running a small but growing team. I handle all hiring myself. I tried to keep everything in a Google Sheet: questions, notes, scores, salary expectations. It turns into chaos. Then I went looking for a proper tool, but found enterprise HR suites, complex onboarding, sales calls, pricing pages that were not built for a small team that just wants to make a few good hires. So I built Interviewcard.com over a few weekends for myself, and decided to share it: - Create a simple “interview card” for each role - Ask every candidate the same questions - Score answers 1–5 and add quick notes - Keep CVs, LinkedIn and salary expectations in one place - Compare candidates side by side and make a clear decision It is 100% free and intentionally minimal. No ATS, no automations, just a structured way to run interviews and decide based on a clear scorecard instead of gut feeling. I would love feedback from other founders or hiring managers.
