Hello! I’m Armard, co-founder and CEO of Interviewable. Now, let's address the elephant in the room - interviewing sucks! Experience is the best teacher, but bombing an interview just to learn what not to do is not only frustrating, but it can also extend your time on the job market, making the search for your next opportunity feel like a never-ending saga. Enter Interviewable - your on-demand interview coach! When I initially started building this product, it was meant to supplement the curriculum for students at the software engineering boot camp I attended years ago. As 2023 rolled around, witnessing a massive influx of candidates hitting the job market due to significant reductions in force within the tech sector made me realize there's a broader opportunity to help many talented individuals craft their unique narratives. The goal? Craft them in a way that leaves no questions for their future interview panels. We're thrilled to introduce the first feature of our ambitious roadmap, designed to equip job seekers with the tools they need to confidently put their best foot forward. Awesome idea. I have watched Armard volunteer his time to do this personally, always made a huge difference to job seekers. Totally makes sense as an app now!
