Hi Product Hunt ๐ I'm Ishika from the IntelloSync team, so I'm biased, but I wanted to share what I see day to day.
Most of our onboarding calls start the same way: contracts in email threads, renewals tracked in a spreadsheet, and compliance deadlines in someone's head. The moment that usually changes minds is when a legal team sees they can keep negotiating in their own Word files, with tracked changes intact, and the approvals, e-signing and obligation tracking just happen around it.
For anyone in legal, compliance or procurement: what's the one part of your contract process you'd automate first if you could?
@ishika_sharma11ย Thanks Ishika! I'll answer your question first: from what we see, most teams would automate obligation and renewal tracking first. The dates are already sitting inside signed contracts, and a missed renewal usually costs more than a slow negotiation. Keen to hear if legal and procurement folks here would pick something different.
Congrats team! ๐ Working on the CS & BD Ops side, the per-module (not per-seat) pricing is something clients consistently call out as a relief โ no more justifying license costs for approvers who touch a contract twice a year. And keeping negotiation inside real Word rather than a new editor removes the biggest adoption hurdle I see in client conversations. Great launch โ looking forward to the feedback thread today!"
@pooja_kashyap1ย Thank you Pooja! For everyone reading: Pooja works with us on customer success and BD, so she hears these conversations first-hand. The approver-and-signer point is exactly why we price per module with unlimited users. Curious what others think: is per-seat pricing a real blocker for legal tools in your company?
Itโs really exciting to see how IntelloSync is bringing together different aspects of contract management into one platform. From drafting and negotiating contracts in Microsoft Word to AI-powered contract review, obligation tracking, vendor management, and document management, the platform is designed to simplify a lot of the day-to-day work for legal, compliance, and procurement teams.
Being part of the IntelloSync team and seeing the product evolve closely with customer requirements has been a great experience. Thereโs a lot of thought and effort going into making contract management more structured, efficient, and easier to manage. Excited to see how IntelloSync continues to grow and create value for teams managing contracts at scale. Proud to be part of this journey! ๐๐
