Intellico was inspired by a problem we personally faced as product managers and engineers spending endless time translating ideas, meetings, and stakeholder feedback into requirements, only to see misalignment, rework, and delays later in development. We realized the real gap isn’t coding, but turning conversations into clear, actionable, and compliant requirements. Teams still rely on disconnected documents, emails, and tools that don’t link visuals, user stories, test cases, and delivery. We initially focused on automating documentation, but quickly learned that alignment needs to happen earlier, which led us to a visual-first approach: creating mockups by prompt, validating requirements visually, then generating user stories, test cases, and full documentation from a single source of truth. Intellico is our way of helping teams move faster with less friction and fewer surprises
