Intelli DVR

We were inspired to build Intelli DVR after seeing how heavily OEMs still relied on manual, paper-based dealership audits. These audits caused delays in decision-making, lacked real-time visibility, and often resulted in incomplete or inaccurate data. Audit findings were shared manually, creating accountability gaps, while the absence of visual proof made it difficult to validate issues on the ground. We set out to solve this by digitizing the entire dealership audit process. Our goal was to help OEMs conduct audits faster, capture reliable data with visual evidence, and gain real-time insights into dealer performance. Intelli DVR was built to simplify audits at scale, improve transparency, enable KPI-based evaluations, and support continuous improvement across large dealer networks.
