Insyder automatically cross-checks what's said across Slack, Jira, Gmail, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook), and more against what's actually happening in your work β surfacing broken promises, forgotten decisions, and silent scope creep before they cost you a sprint.

Hey Product Hunt! π
Excited to launch Insyder today!
The problem: How many times have you been in a review and someone asks "didn't we agree on X?" β and then you spend the next 20 minutes digging through Slack, email threads, and half-updated Jira tickets just to find the answer? Decisions get made in one tool, mentioned once in another, and then quietly forgotten. By the time it matters, nobody can reconstruct what was actually promised.
What we built: Insyder automatically cross-checks what's said across Slack, Jira, Gmail, and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook) against what's actually happening in your work. It surfaces broken promises, forgotten decisions, and silent scope creep β before they turn into a stakeholder surprise.
Why it matters: Teams don't need another dashboard to babysit. They need their tools to remember what was said, so people can spend time on judgment calls instead of forensic archaeology through message history.
We'd love your feedback β especially on:
Which integration you'd want us to prioritize next
Whether the "broken promise" detection feels accurate or too noisy
Any workflows where this would (or wouldn't) fit your team
Thanks for checking it out, and if it resonates, an upvote would mean a lot π

How does Insyder handle the noise when something gets mentioned casually in Slack but never actually becomes a committed decision, does it flag those too or wait for explicit action items?

@bulemomylΒ Great question! Insyder distinguishes between casual mentions and actual commitments by looking at context and language patterns β things like intent-signaling phrases ("I'll do this by Friday," "let's go with option B") versus casual brainstorming or hypotheticals ("we could maybe try X sometime"). Only the former gets flagged as a tracked commitment. That said, we're continuing to tune this so it doesn't create noise from every passing idea.

Love that this actually cross-checks across Slack, Jira, and the whole M365 stack instead of just scraping one surface β that takes real plumbing to get right.

@yaseminebowΒ Thank you! That's exactly the hard part β getting reliable cross-platform reconciliation across Slack, Jira, and the M365 stack (Teams/Outlook) took real work on the plumbing side, especially keeping it consistent as each platform's data structure differs so much. Appreciate you noticing that β it's often the least visible part of the product but the most important to get right.
