Hey guys, I'm sure we've all seen the multiple post feature Instagram rolled out a while ago. I thought it would be a cool way to share panoramas so I made an Android app called:
InstaSwipe
It lets you auto crop your panoramas into segments. The result is a set of images which you can upload using Instagram's multiple photo feature to create swipeable panorama
It has a bunch of neat features including:

• In app cropping, rotation, and magification
• Retain the true resolution of your image
• Crop a panorama into equal 2x1, 3x1, 4x1, or 5x1 grids.
• Adaptive cropping grid lines that provide a sneak peek on how the image will be split up
• Share Intents to share an image from pretty much anywhere on your phone, straight to the cropping app
