HASH Core is a zero-setup environment for in-browser simulation development, viewing and experimentation. No packages to install, no config required.
It integrates natively with HASH for package and data management, as well as HASH's distributed cloud compute service to provide everything you need to run simulations and experiments at scale.
š Use JavaScript or Python in-browser to quickly create virtual worlds
š Assemble simulations through off-the-shelf modular blocks of code
š Visualize your world in 2D, 3D, network graph, geospatial or analysis views
Whilst trying to build agent-based models that could be used to simulate the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, we realized that the whole process for building rich virtual environments sucked.
HASH is an attempt to rectify that and enable "what if?" hypothesis testing to be conducted really quickly, cheaply and easily.

Wow!!
I've played around with Netlogo and even created a few simulations and it was a lot of fun but I always thought that a modern engine (fast, web native, JS <3, better UI/UX) was needed.
Congrats @Spolsky and team for the amazing work! Can't wait to start playing with Hash!
