InsightMoves watches the careers pages of the companies you track. Every night it crawls them, diffs the postings, and turns the hiring into a live report: growth curves, hiring map, break signals, tech stack, and the initiatives behind the hires.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
A while ago I noticed something: when a company opens its first role in a new
country, the office announcement follows months later. The careers page speaks
before the press release does.
InsightMoves is built on that idea. You paste the careers URL of a company you
care about, and that is the whole setup:
🤖 An agent writes a custom crawler for that exact page. No ATS
connector, no API key, no scraping recipe to maintain.
🌙 Every night the page is crawled again and diffed: jobs added, jobs pulled,
jobs reposted.
📊 The diffs become a living report: growth curves, a hiring map, seniority
mix, tech stack, talent overlap, break signals (a first job in a new country,
a department going quiet), and the initiatives an LLM infers from the whole
stock of postings.
It works for any sector, not just tech: nothing in the vocabulary is
hardcoded.
Here is a live public report tracking 9 AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral,
DeepSeek, Moonshot, and more), no account needed:

From the report, we can already see initiatives from AI labs such as Mistral, which is expanding worldwide to acquire clients, and DeepSeek, which is investing in the construction of data centers. If you want a summary of the findings daily, follow the X account: https://x.com/InsightMoves
The free plan tracks 1 company forever. I will be here all day: ask me
anything, and tell me which company you would track first 👀
Love the hiring map idea. One thing I'd find really useful is letting me set alerts for specific role titles or departments at just the companies I care about, so I can react fast when a key team starts scaling up.
@aryajhxm Thanks! It's definitely a great idea, but what do you do when a team scales up? What actions do you need to take? I'd love to understand the use case better.
The hiring map is honestly pretty neat, made it way easier to spot which teams are actually ramping up. Wish the diff view showed the exact role changes though, kind of buried in the report right now.
@eray3y7c Good idea! Thank you for the comment.
Would love to see role-level RSS or Slack alerts so I get pinged only when a tracked company posts a specific title, like Senior iOS Engineer or VP of Product. The nightly report is great for trends, but for time-sensitive moves a custom keyword webhook would make it way more useful day to day.
@yeterkeyq Thanks a lot for the feedback, really appreciate it! 🙏
I'm curious about your use case. What would you do once you receive an alert for a specific role like Senior iOS Engineer or VP of Product? What decisions or actions would it help you take? I'd love to understand your workflow better.
One thing that would make this way more useful for me is letting me compare two companies side by side on the same chart, so I can see how their hiring pace and tech stack shifts stack up against a competitor I'm tracking.
@diyarulgezer Thanks for the suggestion. I'd love to learn more about your use case. What are you trying to achieve by comparing two companies side by side? What kind of decisions or insights are you hoping to get from that comparison?
been using this for a few days and honestly the hiring map is my favorite part, like seeing all the offices light up as a company scales makes the growth feel way more real than just numbers on a spreadsheet
finally something that turns random job postings into actual signal, the hiring map alone is worth it honestly
