The AI clustering of open-ended responses into clean themes saved me from a Friday night of manual tagging, and pushing the top issues straight to Jira just felt like the obvious workflow finally existing.
One thing that would be really useful is a Slack integration alongside the Jira one, since most of our team lives there and we'd want to triage feedback the moment it comes in instead of waiting for someone to check the Jira board.
