you shouldn't have to start over. memory is part of being human. it shouldn't disappear every time you switch tools. we're building the internet's missing layer for context.

hey everyone, kt here.
for most of human history, memory wasn't something we carried alone. it lived in conversations, communities, stories, and the people around us.
today, we spend more time talking to ai than ever before. but every conversation begins like the last one never happened.
we've somehow built intelligent systems that keep forgetting the humans they're meant to help.
that felt worth changing.
innernet is our attempt to make memory belong to the person, not the model.
this is just the beginning, and we'd genuinely love your thoughts. every question, critique, and conversation helps shape where we go next.
thank you for being a part of day one ❤️

How does this actually work day to day, does it just passively capture everything or do I have to manually feed it info?

@feza_mahir49399 great question! it works mostly passively innernet captures context in the background as you go, so you don't have to manually feed it everything. you can always add or nudge things yourself if you want, but the whole idea is that your context follows you without the copy paste busywork.

innernet is an ai memory platform that once connected, stays in the background and saves and carries your context no matter where you go or what app you use.
We were tired of re-explaining ourselves and our contexts when working on so many different ideas, all in different places using different tools, and we realized we were actually looking at a much deeper problem, one that had been waiting to be solved ever since humanity gained conciousness - for something to exist outside of us that understands, observes & witnesses us, truly for who we are. something that recognizes your why behind the what, to give you a place to build, grow & nurture your rich inner worlds and have them available to you when required. to carry and handoff whatever streams of thoughts you had running parallel to what you were already doing, & recognizing your habits to always be aligned with your intentions.
so we built the innernet, the one place that remembers.
Using it as we built it, we noticed It began to remember not just what the AI forgot, but what we had begun to forget ourselves as well, holding us accountable to the laws & policies set, throughout all the projects we built, making sure that whatever context is required by a query, is packed with intention to deliver the most vital information in the quietest & lightest way, and it showed us a glimpse to a world where this place becomes your inner home through which you connect to the outer network, with netti chaperoning your memories to ensure only what matters get sent, & your private facts & confidential ideas never reach the places it doesn’t need to go.
we’re building this with love & care to really make sure we have best experience for keeping your memories safe, not necessarily the first. we believe things should be fun, & the way you interact with something as personal and profound as a piece of your own mind needed a look and feel that you would want to come back to.
building this in the last couple of months has been a real journey, & we are glad people can begin to experience innernet for themselves to see how it can truly impact your life & grow with you through the years so you always have a way to reflect back, not just as photos or text but actual living connections of your different pieces of memory all forming together to create an unforgettable moment.. and thus an unforgettable life.
welcome to the innernet.

Tried moving my notes over and the context actually followed me instead of just dumping raw text. Felt less like importing and more like picking up where I left off, which is exactly the bit other tools always get wrong.

@duranbiryan this is exactly what we hoped people would feel. really glad it landed that way. thank you for trying it

Finally something that gets it. the memory thing drives me nuts when i bounce between apps and lose all my context. gave it a quick spin and it actually carried over a thread i'd been working on across two tools. feels like it should have existed years ago.
after a while, you stop thinking of it as "memory" and start thinking of it as continuity. context simply follows you, the way it should have from the beginning.
really glad it resonated. thanks for giving innernet a spin. ♾️

the way it carries context across tools without me copy pasting anything is genuinely useful, felt like my notes finally remembered where i left them
there's something beautiful about not having to remember where you left off.
your ideas should simply keep going.

the way the whole experience is built solely around one precious compass of letting humanity have access to where it came from and what potential the future holds for them, every meticulous detail matters. Today, with that belief, we are building innernet.
we've been waiting long enough to introduce this to everyone who chooses not to quit and to keep becoming better as time goes on. we are really confident in how we brought our vision to life.
now we are open to people who always deserved - nettie, who is really close to our hearts at innernet and is ready to be closer to you while carrying the most ambitious ideas and the sweetest memories for you, with you.
we hope you all have a great time as you carry your context with you, anywhere, anytime.
