Hi Product Hunt. I'm Matt, and I built inletAP on my own. I was a founding engineer at Hubdoc, and I wrote Haraka, the open-source SMTP server. So I have spent a lot of my career on the unglamorous problem of getting documents out of email and into an accounting system. Property managers have that problem badly. Vendor invoices arrive as email attachments, from hundreds of small suppliers, against dozens of properties, and someone re-keys them. inletAP gives each property its own intake address, extracts the fields with a confidence score on every one, shows you the line of source text it read them from, applies your coding rules, routes approvals, and posts the bill to QuickBooks Online or a CSV whose columns you define. Some things it deliberately does not do, because I would rather you find out now than after signing up: - It moves no money. No payment rails, no bank credentials, no cards. - It replaces neither your property management system nor your general ledger. It sits between the vendor's email and the ledger. - The confidence threshold is fixed at 70% and is not configurable yet. - QuickBooks Online is the only direct connector. Xero, AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi and Rent Manager are not built — no connector, no template, no date. - There is no SOC 2 report.
