🚀 Why I started building Ingravbox (and why it’s still invite-only) Email is still one of the most powerful communication tools — but the inbox hasn’t evolved. What inspired me was simple: the more we work, the harder email becomes. Important messages drown in automated noise, files scatter across apps, and we waste time deciding what deserves attention instead of acting on it. I didn’t want another “priority inbox,” more filters, or a smarter spam folder. I wanted an intelligence layer that understands context, urgency, and intent — without forcing users to change how they work. So Ingravbox is being built around three core goals: 1️⃣ Reduce noise → surface what actually matters first 2️⃣ Understand patterns → not just keywords or senders 3️⃣ Connect tools → Manage inbox, files, reminders, calls, tasks from one place What problem am I solving? 👉 Signal loss: important messages buried under transactional flood 👉 Fragmentation: everyone toggles between email, Drive, Meet, Notion, Sheets 👉 Cognitive load: inbox decisions exhaust people before work even starts During development, the idea shifted from “organise email” to “organise attention.” Instead of making users manage email better, Ingravbox aims to do the management quietly in the background — and only show what needs human brainpower. ⚠️ It’s still in development — no full launch yet.
