InfiMal doesn't send emails through its own servers. Instead, it connects to your existing SMTP provider like Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, or any custom SMTP.
That means your deliverability is primarily determined by your SMTP provider, domain reputation, and proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC), not by InfiMal itself.
InfiMal focuses on campaign management, automation, tracking, and giving you full ownership of your email marketing without recurring software fees. As long as your sending infrastructure is configured correctly and you're following email best practices, deliverability is comparable to sending directly through your SMTP provider.
