We built InboxStack because deliverability tools kept stopping at "here's your problem" instead of "here's why it's happening." My co-founder came from enterprise deliverability work (he'd built an internal dashboard called KARMA), and I kept seeing the same pattern: teams staring at a drop in inbox placement or a blocklist hit with no way to trace it back to a root cause — a DKIM misalignment, a reputation dip on one IP, a content trigger.
So we built Brain, a causal AI engine that correlates signals across your ESP, DNS records, Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS, and 50+ blocklists to actually diagnose why email isn't landing, not just flag that it isn't.
Our approach evolved a lot along the way — we originally scoped this as a monitoring dashboard, but kept running into the same wall: monitoring alone doesn't tell you what to fix. That pushed us toward the causal graph model and eventually the "no migration required" onboarding, so teams get value in minutes instead of a multi-week setup.
Happy to answer anything about the tech, the roadmap, or what's next.

Would love to see Slack or webhook alerts the moment a sender score dips below a threshold, so we can react in real time instead of waiting to check the dashboard. That kind of instant heads-up would make this feel like a true early warning system.

@erzinipek2794 Great feedback, that is in pipeline, will be rolling it out very soon. :)

The Gmail and Outlook monitoring in one view is actually super handy, no more jumping between tools to figure out why open rates tanked. The blacklist alerts feel early enough to matter.
