We built Inaiwazhi after noticing a clear gap in how businesses were using WhatsApp. Most companies were either: • Sending bulk messages with low conversions • Struggling to manage customer queries manually • Or using tools that only solved one part of the problem WhatsApp is where customers already are — but the tools around it felt fragmented and inefficient. We wanted to solve that. The goal was simple: Build a platform where marketing, sales, and support can run in one place — with automation doing the heavy lifting. Initially, we focused on basic campaign automation. But as we worked closely with users, we saw a bigger need: • Smarter segmentation • Better follow-ups • And real automation, not just message scheduling That’s where the product evolved. We introduced workflows, then AI chatbots trained on business data, so companies could respond instantly without losing context. This launch is just the beginning.
