I think it is a wonderful idea...but then again, I made it. Think of it as a mash-up of Tinder and Meetup without cost or hassle...pics are prob better too, and you dont have to buy dinner! eVents are created by users. Users see what's happening around them by swiping HERE, or swipe THERE and go anywhere else in the world. Once you view an eVent you have to decide whether you are In, Out or Maybe...when you are In, it goes right to your calendar...you can also see who's going and who is Out. Invite everyone around you (instant sharing on FB and Twitter too) or make it Private and invite just your closest friends...when you do this, everyone gets a text or email whether they have the app or not...so no excuses! Preparing for a significant launch at the University of FL and FSU in the Fall. Currently a few curated eVents in Gainesville, Tallahassee, LA, NYC and DC.
