IMSAAR was built after seeing a recurring problem: highly qualified candidates getting rejected without feedback, again and again.
The issue wasn’t skills or experience. It was Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) silently filtering resumes due to structure, keywords, or relevance mismatches.
Most resume tools focus on templates or generic advice. IMSAAR takes a different approach, it shows how ATS actually reads a resume, compares it with a job description, highlights gaps, and provides a clear ATS compatibility score.
The goal is simple: remove guesswork from job applications and give candidates clarity before they apply.
