Hey everyone! 👋
We built Imposter Game Online to make secret-word social deduction easy to start with friends, remote teams, classrooms, or party groups. There are no cards to prepare, apps to install, or accounts to create—just open the browser, share a room code, and play.
Most players know the Secret Word and must give useful clues without revealing it. The hidden Imposter has incomplete or misleading information and must bluff, blend in, and survive the vote.
What you can try today:
• Private Party rooms for 3–10 players
• Solo matchmaking for quick games
• Custom rules for imposters, clue length, word difficulty, and hints
• Mobile and desktop browser support
• Timed turns, automatic voting, and shareable invite links
We’d love your feedback: which word packs or room settings would make your next game night more fun?

It'd be great if the host could enable a "review clues" round after voting, where players quickly discuss why they suspect someone before the final reveal. That little discussion window usually catches bluffers who slipped through and makes the late-game tension much sharper.

@uur29784567603 Love this suggestion! You clearly know how to ruin friendships in the best way possible (haha). A host-toggleable review round makes total sense for custom rooms—definitely something for us to chew on. Thanks for the great feedback!

Took this for a quick spin solo and was surprised how smooth the browser version runs on mobile. Loved that I could set custom imposter counts without signing up for anything.
