What do you think? …

Hey Product Hunt! I'm super excited to share Impedia with you and to get to know what you think about it. Impedia is a platform for your organization to ensure effective handling of your members' problems. Tired of endlessly emailing about problems which never get resolved? Tired of inboxes filled with endless spam, burying the important mails? So are we! We are trying to create a unified platform with the organization members and the authorities to make everyone's life easier. App flow: ➡ Admins add authorities and members login using the organization email ID. ➡ Members can add issues and address them to a particular authority or a group of authorities. Members can create 2 types of issues, Appeals and Petitions. Appeals are the problems that an individual is facing and wants it resolved. Petitions are the problems faced by a group of people. A member can create a petition and multiple users can sign it and support it. ➡ Addressed authorities get notified about the Appeal/Petition and they try to resolve it. They can comment under the issue to communicate with the member about their issue. ➡ Member can mark the petition/appeal resolved when they feel that their issue has been appropriately addressed. ➡ Admins can moderate user activity and ensure that the issues are being resolved in a timely manner. Getting started guide: 1. Register your organization with basic details like name, logo and your email domain 2. Add users with admin privileges 3. The admins add authorities, to whom your organization’s members can make appeals and petitions. 4. The members register themselves with the organization’s email domain and can then make appeals and petitions. Appeals are individual problems whereas petitions are for a group of individuals, so people can support a petition, removing the need for multiple appeals. 5. Members and authorities can add their replies on an appeal or a petition and try to resolve them.
