Most organizations still use a lot of scattered tools and this ends up creating a tone of unnecessary delays , so we made Impactmel we need system where by one Click you get donors report , so we want to keep it simple and in a usable way.
This application can do much more from Program/Project setup with indicators reporting and help in generating reports for your needs,
Try it for individual or your organization

One thing that would make this even more useful is a built-in donor-specific template library, so I could pick the format each funder expects (DFID, USAID, EU) instead of recreating the structure every cycle. Would save so much time at report deadlines.

@orukfaruk63783 Thanks, Faruk.
Ive seen how much time teams lose while modifying the same data for different donor formats every reporting cycle. A donor-specific template library would fit ImpactMEL perfectly, and we’ll explore supporting formats such as USAID, EU, and FCDO.
Really useful feedback.

A donor-ready report builder is a huge time-saver for our team. One thing that would help a lot is adding a side-by-side comparison view of indicator results across reporting periods so we can clearly show trends and progress to funders without manually building charts in a separate tool.

@uursargzmeygxp Thanks, This is something we put into consideration so an indicator that is linked to an activity or a project we have a way to track performance , PIT( performance indicate tracking) , and also we offer visualization we have some default charts that are generated by system on program or project level and also we allow the user to be able to modify and create new dashboard from ImpactMel.

A really useful feature would be letting users import data directly from common M&E tools like KoboToolbox or ODK so we don't have to manually re-enter survey responses into the workspace.

@elifozgulb33111 Thanks, Elif. Direct imports from KoboToolbox and ODK would remove duplicate data entry and keep field responses connected to indicators. Definitely an important integration for us.

Love how ImpactMEL keeps indicators, evidence, and narratives in one tidy workspace instead of scattering them across docs and spreadsheets. The structure clearly comes from people who have actually sweated through a donor report at midnight.

@sedanur1673693 Thanks, Sedanur. That midnight donor-report struggle is exactly why we built ImpactMEL to keep indicators, evidence, and narratives connected long before the deadline.
