This project started from a personal frustration. When I switched to Android, I really missed the iOS feature that automatically cycles through family photos. I first tried Google Photos, but due to API limitations, it wasn’t possible to create a seamless experience—so I built “Local Mode.”

But there was a bigger issue: Android’s default wallpaper system. It always center-crops images. As a result, when I set photos of my kids, their faces were often cut off because they weren’t perfectly centered. I found that incredibly frustrating—I wanted to see the *entire* photo, just as I captured it.

To solve this, I built the **Fluid Engine (Pro)**.

- **Fluid Engine**: A custom 120FPS live wallpaper engine that dynamically calculates the optimal scroll width based on your home screen pages. Instead of a static center crop, it preserves the full width of your photos as you swipe—no more cut-off faces.

- **Local Mode**: Manually select photos by Google Photo Picker. Since picked images can be large, I added a 0–100% JPEG compression slider to help manage storage.
- **Auto-Rotation**: Change your wallpaper every time the screen turns off, or at fixed intervals (minimum 15 minutes).
