Image Optimizer is a Framer plugin that helps designers compress and optimize images in seconds. It reduces image size while maintaining quality, helping websites load faster.

would be cool if it could batch resize to specific dimensions too, like preset sizes for hero sections or thumbnails. right now you have to optimize each one individually which kind of defeats the point for someone working on a big framer site
@cosanalper66074 Thank you!
Thank you! That was one of our main goals. We wanted image optimization to feel like a native part of the Framer workflow, so there's no need to switch tabs or export assets. The before/after size comparison and built-in quality controls are there to help you optimize with confidence while keeping your visuals looking their best. Really appreciate your feedback!
Love that this lives right inside Framer—no tab switching, no extra export step. The fact that you can visually compare before and after without losing quality control is such a thoughtful touch for designers who obsess over pixels.

The right-click-to-optimize flow right in the Framer canvas is such a smart move, feels like it was built by someone who actually lives in Framer daily. Love that the quality slider is also baked into the same panel, no extra trips needed.
@miraykkzgnr1aa Thank you so much!
We wanted Image Optimizer to feel like a natural part of the Framer workflow, so keeping everything in a single panel was a big priority. Right-click optimization and the built-in quality slider were designed to help you optimize images quickly without interrupting your design process. Really appreciate your thoughtful feedback!
Really cool, I could use this for client sites. Would love it if you could add a bulk processing option so I could drop in a whole folder of images and have them all optimized at once. That would save a ton of time.
@tansuutlu5uei Thanks! Image Optimizer already supports bulk optimization. You can scan selected layers, the current page, CMS Collections, or even your entire Framer project (Pro) and optimize everything in one go. We'll continue improving the workflow to make large projects even easier to manage
Compressed a batch of hero images in seconds and the quality difference was honestly hard to spot. Love that I can tweak the compression level per image instead of being stuck with one setting.
@cemreelibacebu Thanks so much!
We're glad the batch optimization worked well for your hero images. We designed Image Optimizer to give you the best balance between file size and image quality, while still letting you fine-tune compression for individual images when needed. Really appreciate you giving it a try!
The preset quality slider is a really nice touch, makes it easy to dial in the right balance without guessing. Love that it stays right inside Framer too.

Thank you!
We wanted the quality slider to make optimization simple without the trial and error. Keeping everything inside Framer was a big focus for us, so you can adjust, compare, and optimize your images without interrupting your workflow. Really appreciate your support!
