Encrypted my thoughts so nobody — not even the app operator — could read them 3. Didn't guilt me into organizing anything The core idea: one note per day, encrypted on your device, viewable on a calendar. That's the whole app. The encryption is real — AES-GCM with PBKDF2 key derivation (600k iterations). Your notes are encrypted client-side before touching any server. In local mode, there's no server at all. Some things I'm proud of: - Zero to writing in 1 click — no signup wall - Visual streaks — the calendar dots are surprisingly motivating - Read-only past — you can't "cheat" your streak by editing old entries - Seamless local → cloud migration — start local, add sync later without losing anything It's MIT licensed and self-hostable.
