IbronEXO is an offline, encrypted vault app for Android — no cloud, no telemetry, no backdoor. It has a Decoy PIN: enter your real PIN for the real vault, a different PIN for a fake vault with believable notes, or a third PIN to wipe everything. Built for the "what if someone forces you to unlock your phone" scenario. Also includes an escalating lockout system after failed PIN attempts, up to a full wipe. Free. No ads. Built solo, still actively improved.

Built a vault app that doesn't trust anyone (including you) — bringing it to Product Hunt June 24

Hey everyone! I'm Alex, solo dev behind IbronEXO an offline, encrypted vault app for Android, already live on Google Play. No cloud, no telemetry.

The core idea: it has a Decoy PIN. Your real PIN opens the real vault. A different PIN opens a fake vault with believable fake notes. A third PIN wipes everything. Built around the "what if someone forces you to unlock my phone" scenario.

I'm bringing it to Product Hunt on June 24th, but wanted to start a conversation early would genuinely love to hear what people think. What would make a vault app actually trustworthy to you? What's missing from apps like this that you've used before?
