An MIT-licensed coding agent for your browser and terminal. Bring your own model API, edit files, preview HTML, export ZIPs, and extend the browser agent with Rust/WASM plugins. Free software; model API usage is billed separately.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm qinains, an independent developer building i / lninl, an open-source coding agent for your browser and terminal.
The idea is simple: connect your model API and get a workspace where the agent can read, create, and edit files, then preview or export the result.
What you can do today:
Start in the browser without installing a desktop app.
Keep workspace files and conversations in browser-local storage across reloads.
Preview HTML with local CSS, JavaScript, and assets, including an edge-to-edge fullscreen view.
Download your work as ZIP instead of copying files out of chat.
Extend the browser agent with Rust/WASM plugins using declared host capabilities.
Use a native client on macOS Apple Silicon, Windows x64, or Linux x64.
The native client now has a simpler first run: launch the extracted executable, optionally install it for your user, configure your model connection, and enter a session. No separate install/setup/start sequence is required.
A few important boundaries: this is not an included model service. You supply an API connection and pay your provider for usage. Browser-local storage does not mean local inference: task context is sent to your selected model API. Browser use requires a CORS-enabled endpoint, a relay, or a supported desktop extension. Browser workspace files should still be backed up; clearing site data deletes them.

I'd love feedback on the browser workflow, model compatibility, and plugin developer experience. What would you build with it first?
