I really hate constantly sending out unique urls and doing the annoying schedule checking... This gives you a single public page where visitors can check your schedule and join your usual "conference room" with one click... I pretty much only use this for meetings now, so it's like a digital office and people know where to find me. You can set it very quickly, especially if you're using Google/Gmail. Literally one click and it creates a page with your photo, a meeting button, and a scheduling button.
