Hey everyone! Super excited (and a little nervous) to launch HyraLogic today.
A little backstory. I kept hearing the same complaint from commercial real estate brokers. They spend days pulling comps, demographics, foot traffic, and lease terms together just to make a single deck or brochure for a listing. That's time they should be spending on the phone closing deals, not stuck in PowerPoint.
So I built HyraLogic. It takes property and market data and turns it into decision ready decks, brochures, and lease abstracts automatically, with an interactive map layer and a recommendation engine built in.
I've been running it with a small group of brokers in beta, and the thing that's surprised me most is that the AI part isn't even the biggest win. It's how much faster a deal story gets in front of the right buyer or tenant while the listing is still hot.
This is still early and I'm building it in the open. I'd love your honest feedback, especially if you work in real estate, proptech, or just have thoughts on the AI generation angle. Good, bad, or "this is a solved problem," I want to hear it.
